I am working with a small creative media organisation to help them set up a competency framework that will allow them to grow and develop. The framework will form the basis of all future 'people' related activity - recruitment, appraisal, training, performance, talent and succession.
So far we have developed the core values and started to map out the transferable competencies. The next step is to collect the Role based competencies and describe them against our assessment criteria of
- Expert
- Proficient
- Progressing
- Minimum Proficiency.
The client is very pleased with the process and the outcomes.

March 08 to June 09 Training Organisation.
I have been helping this organisation develop the management team and set a strategic direction. We have been working on several strands. One of them has been to get the team working well together. This has involved some Team Development workshops and team building activities. Having got the team working well together we then worked on looking forwards. I introduced the RACI approach to help them prioritise.
The client has been very pleased with the process and the outcomes.
